CloudFone has announced their latest Android Smartphone a name of "Thrill 400qx". It comes with 2 battery Pack and It is a 4 inch display screen with a quad-core CPU. The CloudFone Thrill 400qx has an SRP of Php5,999 here in the Philippines.
